I started GritLab because I’ve lived the frustration.

As a cyclist, I kept cramping around 60 km and couldn’t figure out why, until I discovered sodium loss. After trial & error using electrolyte tablets, I finally resolved this damn problem and it changed everything. I started enjoying 300–400 km Audax rides without cramps.

Later, I faced a different problem: training on limited time and not getting faster. That’s when I turned to lactate testing—and realized how much time I’d wasted using generic training zones.

Now I help cyclist like myself get faster using real, personalized data—not guesswork.
